At Seattle’s Gallery Racquet Club, I worked my way up from part-time administrative assistant (while in college) to operations manager. In later years, I became the operations manager and program director at Columbia Tennis Club. At both clubs, I efficiently managed daily operations, wrote brochures and monthly newsletters, and hosted creative tennis programs and events. The events dramatically increased club participation and built camaraderie among members.
